There are three bedrooms plus a pull out double bed in the
living area.
Sleeps a total of eight plus 1 travel cot.
Whilst bedding is supplied we do not have a maid service, to
keep prices down. Please make sure all bedding is washed in
readiness for the next visitors.
The two smaller rooms have twin beds, wardrobe, two drawers and
bedside tables, with plenty of storage under the beds.
A travel cot is supplied.
Children’s rooms are equipped with blackout blinds so you may
have a chance of a lay in.
In the third bedroom the one of the twin beds has a removable
bed guard.
The bathroom has toilet sink and shower unit
shelving units for towels and your toiletries. next door is a small
toilet and sink with shelving above the window.
There are two external doors to the home that lead
out to the large decking area. The decking is three quarters covered
with the canopy to three sides. The sides can be rolled up out of sight
on the hot days and rolled down when its wet or windy.
For outdoor living there is a large gas three burner
porcelain plated barbeque.

entrances from the garden both of which now have gates to pen in small
children.
The gardens are surrounded by hedges and have an archway
entry.
